I must express my appreciation for the general manager, nicolas monaglio. His welcome was warm. ali at reception greeted us each day. she always had a smile and a willingness to assist.

i found the room smaller than i expected for the price. the beautiful double room i chose lacked sufficient space. doing hair and makeup was difficult with good lighting. the bathroom was really the only option.

the nespresso coffee machine did function properly, providing fresh milk for a proper coffee in the morning.

i was told i could have a late check out until 12.30. the staff called the phone twice to ask why i hadn't left at 12. they sent someone up to knock on the door at 12.10. this is poor service.
